I have completed a Bachelor of Commerce as well as a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. I have been the owner of Happy Hearts Academy since June 2017. More important to you than my professional and academic background is that I am a mother of three young children. Since embarking on this wonderfully satisfying challenge I am proud to say that Happy Hearts Academy has grown into a loving home for all the children we care for. I am clear on what I would want as a mother for my children within a childcare setting and every day we are working towards ensuring we offer this standard to the children in our care. Happy Hearts Academy is my personal and professional focus and I am committed to ensuring quality care, an exceptional program and fostering positive relationships with our families and communities. |
Management:
Our Management team is made up of a trio of mums. Cat, Courtney (Nominated Supervisor/Director), and Stephanie (Educational Leader and 2IC). They are professional, passionate and caring. With such a strong leadership team, Happy Hearts Academy enjoys a high standard of care, reflective practice, responsive strategies and a continuous drive to offer the children in our care, the families entrusting us and the community supporting us, with a high standard of care, education and communication.
